CSR Compliance & Scope

Nirman Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established with the primary objective of serving humanity and the public at large, without any discrimination based on caste, creed, colour, race, religion, language, gender, or social status. The Foundation’s mission encompasses welfare, development, and empowerment activities that contribute to sustainable and inclusive growth.

In pursuit of its objectives, Nirman Foundation shall

Undertake, directly or through implementing partners, any or all activities covered under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 (as amended from time to time) including, but not limited to

Collaborate & Support – Partner with, assist, or support other organizations, trusts, societies, NGOs, or institutions having similar objectives for the effective implementation of welfare and development projects.
Eradicating hunger, poverty, and malnutrition; promoting health care including preventive health care; sanitation including contribution to the Swachh Bharat Kosh; and making available safe drinking water.
Promoting education, including special education, employment-enhancing vocational skills especially among children, women, elderly, and differently abled persons. Promoting gender equality, empowering women, and supporting homes and hostels for women, orphans, and senior citizens.
Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agroforestry, conservation of natural resources, and maintaining quality of soil, air, and water.
Protection of national heritage, art, and culture, including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art; promotion and development of traditional arts and handicrafts.
Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, Paralympic sports, and Olympic sports.
Contribution to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund or any other fund set up by the Central Government for socio-economic development, relief, and welfare of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, minorities, and women.
Contributions or funds provided to technology incubators located within academic institutions approved by the Central Government.
Rural development projects.
Slum area development.
Disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities.
